REALTOR® Cecil Matthews is a resident of the south suburbs and has lived in the Chicago area for his entire life. Cecil was born on the north side of Chicago and graduated from Lane Tech High School. Cecil attended The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting.
